It isn't that hard to get a physique like Nicole Richie. Just look at the majority of homeless men or those with little money in Africa, or Darfur. They are that way because they don't have the resources we do, and they would eat if they had a chance to. She, on the other hand, doesn't eat because she is ignorant. Does it really make sense to force oneself to starve when food is readily available? I guarentee no one who forces themselves to starve in the US would willingly trade places with an individual who has no choice.
