Does it annoy anybody else when you see American TV/Film in which known British actors....?

ume the American accent?! Like Hugh Laurie in House. He could blates pull of Dr House with his native accent. And how comes, in the same show, Billy out of Neighbours gets to keep his Australian accent?!
