Liberals...should women like this (caused riot and lost children) be able to have babies AT WILL?

I can't advocate forced sterilization, regardless of how much I might like to, for women such as the one in this story, but I can advocate the end of welfare programs. Why is it that women like this one can choose to have children regardless of ability to support them, but I get no choice in how many children she has and I am forced to support them through my tax dollars? It just doesn't make sense.
