ANSWER PLEASE HELP!!!?

k well i have liked this one guy for a while.. i have only told 2 friends that i like him.. he goes to another school in a town like half hour away and idk i just really want to tell him that i like him even tho all of m firneds told him that i like him but all of them dont kno that i like him.. one of my firends told me that he likes me 2.. but i signd on a website it said that he was dating.. and one of my firends asked him if he had a gf and he said no.. im jsut really confused.. i have no clue what to beleive and if i shud tell him that i lke him..
