I advertised a car i sold as a prelude sh when come to find out the car is not an sh can i be sued.?

like the add says i sold a 97 honda prelude sh and advertised it in local clifieds as that. come to find out the buyer called me a couple of days later saying he wanted his money back cause he did a vin check and the car was not an sh. i wrote on the bill of sale sold as is and now he said that he spoke with a lawyer and is going to sue me? can he sue me for this? he looked at the car weeks before he bought it and test drove it? i really thought the car was an sh cause thats how it was sold to me.
