Is it possible for someone to personally ban both my gamertags?

This kid got pissed off at me cause I didn't want to talk to him all the time, complaining and asking why he ever cared blah blah blah...basically being a little b^tch (pardon my language)...And then finally he told me to delete him and then he said he was gonna ban both my gamertags....is it possible? I -think- ive seen him do it before...but Im not entirely sure, I know his main gamertag is banned atm but he said it was his clan leader doing it to him so he knows what it feels like when he bans people....so is he full of ****?
