Miley Cyrus or Hilary Duff: Who's Better?

Being a 90's child I grew up in the Hilary Duff era, making me a bit prejudice. Along with the lack of talent, Miley Cyrus has made some life decisions that I don't feel are appropriate for little girls to look up to. Smoking hallucinogenic drugs, wearing risque clothing, and other things don't really sound like something that a girl who claimed to be a role model to girls should be doing. I realize she's turned 18, and wants to break free of her previous engagements, but seriously? I see her becoming the new Britney Spears. Now I'm not saying that Hilary Duff is free from blame, but I surely see her as a better singer, actor, and general person.
