Help with the the first FEAR game . pls help me?

Just one question for the first FEAR. l'm up to this bit, where your going down this long corridor (dark one) then you suddenly your somewhere else, and everything is on fire. l go though the doors and get the girl, then go left and up the stairs then and while going up l kill the girl again. then when l get to the top, theirs another corridor (a long one) then l get push forward and so l watch what happens on the other side of the door, then l look around and she's behind me, and l try everything to get rid of her, shooting her, jumping up on the metal thing, getting around her, trying to get in the door, but nothing happens, so l die each time l'm there so can you please help me.
