What can a Literature teacher do besides teach???

Hi. I have taught writing and literature for about ten years. I have been a hit with students, but for over 2 years, I have been longing to do something else. I need suggestions badly. I don't want to think that all i can do is waitress OR teach. I have been in the clroom my whole life and I'm growing cynical of it. HELP!
