My 10 month old Dachshund ate a piece of cardboard...?

Should I take her to the vet...My niece left a box on the floor under the chair and I did not see it..The dog chewed of a small corner of it (less than an inch) the cardboad was double thick with another kind of ribbed cardboard attached to it...Maybe with glue...she really only nibbled on the top part so don't think she ingested much of the bottom of it that had glue on it...will she be okay or should I take her to the vet???
