Plz help...affirmative case outline (LD)!!!?

For my debate cl, I have to go affirmative on the resolution that "The US has a moral obligation to mitigate in international conflicts". Any ideas on this would be nice. Oh, and my value is the quality of life. (also need help on my value criteria). Thank you! =)
